The advantage of an internship at a flat organisation with a dynamic working atmosphere is that you are given a lot of freedom to find out what you like and where your qualities lie! You do this by taking a look behind the scenes at the various disciplines or by joining the Growth Managers for customer appointments, for example. In short: our goal is that you walk out the door on your last day with a large dose of self-confidence, because you have gained a lot of knowledge and experience. Maybe that last day won't even come. Because you decide you want to stay and start working (alongside your training) as an online marketer, for example!

Pleasant: we are Alona Marketing. Started as a two-man company and now grown into a full-service online marketing agency with more than 20 in-house specialists. We have since grown more than 150 businesses online and that number is still growing.

That is why fast switching is important. You will mainly work from our office in Eindhoven (Microlab Strijp S). With us, there are also plenty of opportunities to continue working part-time after your internship. So far, all our former interns have stayed on with us in the sales or online marketing team! To maintain our high quality service, we want to expand our vibrant team with an Online Marketing intern who is interested in customer contact, Google, Social Media, websites, SEA and SEO. An online marketing internship at Alona Marketing involves, above all, getting coffee. No ya, of course not ;)! You will participate fully in our team and contribute to the success of our clients! As a budding online marketer, your goal is to achieve the maximum for each client. You empathise with our (potential) customers and, together with your colleagues, you are always looking for more sales, visitors and improvements. No developments in the market escape you and together with your colleagues from the Online Marketing team, you continuously increase your knowledge.

Graduate internship Online Marketing.
Are you looking for a fun graduate internship in online marketing? And do you want to do this internship in one of the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands? Then you're in the right place at Alona Marketing! You are probably nearing the end of your studies now, which is great, because at Alona Marketing we are looking for an online marketing graduate intern. We would like to strengthen our team with someone who has a keen interest in online marketing. Together, we will look for a graduation project that is tailor-made for you and that will bring us, as an organisation, one step closer to our goal. It could even happen that after you have finished your thesis, a nice job is waiting for you at Alona Marketing! You are not just an intern, but a real Alona-topper in our team, which of course includes a lot of responsibility and freedom. Based on your knowledge and research, we are only too happy to receive your input. As an online marketing graduate trainee, you will be available for work in the team at least two days a week. The rest of the time you will have all the space you need for your graduation project and we will of course provide you with excellent supervision!
Internship Multimedia / Graphic Designer.
Can't wait to develop yourself further in the field of multimedia? Do you get a kick out of designing beautiful projects? And do you have a passion for online marketing? At Alona Marketing, we are constantly working on making our clients' companies grow faster. Catchy campaigns are an indispensable part of this. We are looking for a trainee who possesses the insights that will benefit the marketers at Alona Marketing, because it is partly thanks to you that campaigns are taken to the next level! Not only will you use your creative brain to work for our clients, but, together with a colleague, you will also be responsible for optimising our own Socials and implementing our new corporate identity. Within our organisation, you will have plenty of room to develop yourself. Your input is highly valued and who knows, maybe a fun (side) job will be waiting for you at Alona Marketing! In short, an internship as a multimedia designer with a lot of freedom in an informal working atmosphere with a lot of personal responsibility!
You possess:
- A healthy dose of creativity

Preferably you are studying commercial economics, business administration, communication or graphic design - You have good communication skills and a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
- You are proactive, entrepreneurial, creative, think in solutions and dare to tackle issues yourself
- You are available at least 3 days a week to actively participate on the shop floor
- You are interested in everything to do with online marketing
