We are looking for a Sales Manager. Someone who does not want to push contracts, but instead gets energy from bringing in new customers based on knowledge. By advising and building success together with a customer. You use your creative brain to create and seize commercial opportunities. That is also where your large network comes in handy. You understand the requirements and goals of our (potential) customers and offer them the right solutions. With the help of our specialists, you advise the right online marketing strategies. You are an advisor and try to make an impact for these companies through their online marketing. We don't have to explain to you how to fill your day. You yourself know how to bring in new business. And you basically run your own business. In your role, you report to our Head of Sales. It is safe to say that your hands are itching to find new companies for Alona Marketing. This is what we are looking for in you:

  • Eagerness! You can't wait to add value as well as learn new things.
  • That you are commercial should be obvious. You live for acquisition, leads and conversion.
  • You have at least 2 years' experience in sales, within a similar role - dealing with B2B customers and knowledge of online marketing.
  • You want to build our sales department to great heights. And also understands that you sometimes have to start small to do so. So cold acquisition is part of the initial phase.
  • You are like a fish out of water on the desk side.
  • You are strong in communication and can convince people. And you understand that this also requires good listening skills.
  • You are your own biggest critic and dare to look at yourself growth.
  • You are driven, entrepreneurial and come up with good initiatives.
  • 2 or 3 days a week you will work at our office in Eindhoven, the rest of the week you will be on the road to clients throughout the country.
